The Virus that’s gone Viral

On a lighter note…..

In a couple of months, just a cough and a sneeze, 
have managed to bring the whole world down on it’s knees.

All those mighty Nations we call Super Power,
a wee li’l bugger’s made them tremble and cower!

The wall along China is not really a “Great Wall”
It couldn’t even keep a small virus in after all!

So much of hype, hoopla and mass hysteria,
Is it for real or simply caused by the media?

It’s tough to sift the facts from all of that crap
you see, everyone’s a doctor on good ol’ whatsApp.

Eat garlic, drink vodka, stand upside down in the sun
but if someone sneezes, don’t breathe, just get up and run!

No high 5, no handshake, no kiss, no hug!
Is our Censor Board at work here? No, it’s to isolate the bug.

There’s a dozen ways to choose how you face this lethal issue 
you could wash your hands, sanitize, cough into a tissue, 

you could write verse, make memes, sing songs like a pro
or, simply stand up in Parliament and chant “Go Corona Go!”
