Radhika's Diaries

Looking for a humor blog? You've come to the right place!

Accepting a challenge  is half the battle won! Or so they say. However it is easier said than done, take it from me.

A2Z – that’s the challenge. A blog to correspond to the letter of the day beginning with A right through to Z. One month of hardcore back-to-back blogging (except on Sundays)!

When I confessed to the husband that I’d registered for the challenge, he yelped and recoiled in mild shock. I’m not much of a mind reader, but I think I read his quite well at that moment. What about breakfast, lunch and dinner, he must have wondered, for the next 26 days? Not to mention his lunch box! The laundry! And the rest of the hundred little things that need to be done to keep a house running smoothly? Would he have to tiptoe around the house while I’m pounding the letters on the keyboard? Would the conversation in the house run more or less like this for the next 26 days?

Me (yelling) – “Oy! Keep the TV volume down. Can’t you see I’m working?”
He (also yelling because the TV volume is still up) – “Working? Oh, I thought you’re               writing!”
Me – “Grrrr!”

However, jokes apart, that’s not going to be the scene chez moi!

The sun will rise, the moon will set. Inflation will continue. and so will the scams. Breakfast will be ready on time. Lunch will be cooked, dinner will be served. And so on…. All through the challenge to the end.

The theme for my 26 day challenge will be a bit like me – nothing extraordinary, nothing spectacular. However, I hope to keep you engaged and interested (and in good humor) so that you come back for more.  If I tell you any more there won’t be any surprises……..!

So see you on the 1st day of April. 🙂

I only wish there weren’t so many alphabets in the English language!! 🙂

  5. Chez moi aussi, the IPL fever is refusing to die down, and that’s the time I usually write. I am sure we all will make it inspite of the noisy weather at home!

One you are in the flow, 26 alphabets may seem too less & you have to take help of the Capital A to Z
